AirBlue Sharing is currently listed in BigBoss repository and can be installed on all iOS devices that running iOS 4.2 till iOS 7.
To use this tweak you need to firstly jailbreak your iPhone or iPad to further launch the Cydia then add the BigBoss repo as sources.
